Big Sale Has Started - UPDATED 07-31-25 (01 Apr 2025)

As some of you know my dad passed away 2 months ago today, on May 31, 2025. I posted it in the Members Only section when it happened. Thanks to all of you who have offered kind words on the forum, with phone calls, and visits in person during this time.

The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. I don't have the manpower, or the desire to do a big event like originally planned, I just need to sell a lot of parts that are taking up too much space here. I have been told and believe we are overloaded with Wheel Horse parts like no one has ever seen. Peeps have already been coming in from different parts of the country and buying a lot of stuff due to seeing the sale page, and seeing we are the only Wheel Horse only business in the USA that does things on the scale we do. The sale will continue for awhile until I free up some more space but you may not want to wait too long as things are being sold every day and there are limits to how many of certain parts will be sold.

As it says on the page it is still under construction and the page isn't finished yet. I've had a ton of calls for parts and the Big Sale Page may help answer some questions about what is here before peeps call. I hope that page is also clear that we DO NOT SHIP anything... This is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.

Now that I'm feeling better and the house smoke damage, Escalade, driveway, chiropractor has me fixed up, all the other things and dad's truck is almost done, it's time to get back to concentrating on some Wheel Horse parts lol. :rolling

I have some part samples on the way to be able to stock individual parts, and build a 9 pin wiring harness for the Onan engines. Will keep everyone updated. :thumb1

Good to hear you are on the mend.

That 9 pin connector is one of the weaknesses of the 520H. A replacement harness will be a great addition to the store.

Thanks,

Kurt

The part samples are here and are an exact match. The tractor had TE Connectivity/Amp brand parts from Toro, these are actual Molex brand parts. I also have my electronics company quoting me on assembling the harness for each side, I should know what cost that is in a few days and decide if they will build them or I will. :thumb1

I've never assembled one of these connectors. Looks a little tricky to do it right.

I was just next door looking at my neighbor's 1997 520H. Someone replaced the 9 pin Molex with hooded 1/4" spade terminals. One is badly burned. He needs your 9 pins. I'll see if I can talk him into one, once you have then available.

One wire at a time would make it easy and the right crimpers also help, mine do the wire and casing at the same time (2 different size crimps in the same jaw) and are designed for the factory fold type crimp but other methods work also. I put some pics of the fuse block terminals and crimps below, these are the same crimp design only with bullets on the ends. If the wires have been cut up a schematic would be in order for future troubleshooting, but putting them wherever, also 1 at a time would work for the sole disconnect purpose lol. :tounge2

If you need anything at all you know where to find me. :thumb1

I've got to check out your crimpers. I have several for the common crimp terminals, but not for these.

Fingers crossed for the 9 pin Molex.
