Big Sale Has Started - UPDATED 07-31-25 (01 Apr 2025)
As some of you know my dad passed away 2 months ago today, on May 31, 2025. I posted it in the Members Only section when it happened. Thanks to all of you who have offered kind words on the forum, with phone calls, and visits in person during this time.
The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. I don't have the manpower, or the desire to do a big event like originally planned, I just need to sell a lot of parts that are taking up too much space here. I have been told and believe we are overloaded with Wheel Horse parts like no one has ever seen. Peeps have already been coming in from different parts of the country and buying a lot of stuff due to seeing the sale page, and seeing we are the only Wheel Horse only business in the USA that does things on the scale we do. The sale will continue for awhile until I free up some more space but you may not want to wait too long as things are being sold every day and there are limits to how many of certain parts will be sold.
As it says on the page it is still under construction and the page isn't finished yet. I've had a ton of calls for parts and the Big Sale Page may help answer some questions about what is here before peeps call. I hope that page is also clear that we DO NOT SHIP anything... This is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.
What's everybody doing?

Finishing up some blasting this morning of some extra parts that have been on the blasting cart for well over a year, and some other little way overdue things...
The 2nd pic is something I found in the back that I was wondering if anyone knows what it is. I'll prob use it for a balancer or to lift something odd on the engine lift and forklift. Dad thinks it's for an old piece of horse drawn farm equipment, anyone else know what it is? :confused1

I think your dad is right on that part....Yesterday was the last really nice day for the rest of the week so it was a good day to get ready for mowing season, sharpening blades, greasing equip, getting out the pull behind sprayer and putting new hoses on it, cleaning the nozzles, etc. I hadn't used the sprayer in several years because it needed some work and I never made time for that, but like I vowed this year, all of that's gonna change... :smile2 Even got a little time yesterday on the mower for a bit, it's easy to forget in the Winter months how nice it is to get out and spend some nice quality time on the mower.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.

Been priming some parts for the trike and cleaning up some hubs that were blasted the other day that looked pretty rough in between coats.

I'll add some old pics in here from 2015 to get a better idea. The new 1st pic from the other post was taken from right inside the stone gates. What looks so good now is the 2nd pic from 2015 shows some of the fence lines with all the stuff grown up in it that is all gone now.

All the grass is mowed and sprayed with 24D, another pond is cleaned out and the 2 waterfalls are going, only 1 left with the little fountain in it. Rear porch is cleaned up, the lot is blown off, shop is swept and blown out just needs a mopping, everything is cleaned up and put way from the different projects today, the tricycle fenders + hood are ready for paint, and all the bodywork stuff in the shop is put away.
I think it's time for a little supper and a Stewart's root beer to celebrate.
