Big Sale Has Started - UPDATED 07-31-25 (01 Apr 2025)

As some of you know my dad passed away 2 months ago today, on May 31, 2025. I posted it in the Members Only section when it happened. Thanks to all of you who have offered kind words on the forum, with phone calls, and visits in person during this time.

The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. I don't have the manpower, or the desire to do a big event like originally planned, I just need to sell a lot of parts that are taking up too much space here. I have been told and believe we are overloaded with Wheel Horse parts like no one has ever seen. Peeps have already been coming in from different parts of the country and buying a lot of stuff due to seeing the sale page, and seeing we are the only Wheel Horse only business in the USA that does things on the scale we do. The sale will continue for awhile until I free up some more space but you may not want to wait too long as things are being sold every day and there are limits to how many of certain parts will be sold.

As it says on the page it is still under construction and the page isn't finished yet. I've had a ton of calls for parts and the Big Sale Page may help answer some questions about what is here before peeps call. I hope that page is also clear that we DO NOT SHIP anything... This is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.

Bad news is it is in pieces lol. :rolling The rings were stuck in it from sitting but everything else looks good minus a good cleaning, rings, gaskets, and reassembly.

Now that looks like it needs the Kohler Command Rescue team to get that out of your way and free up that space in your shop..................:smile2 :yank :bow2 :cof3 :clap :dance3 :bacon0

Been busy with motor stuff (posted in the public section), cleaning, and doing Nicks B-100 restore. I hope to get back to the fun here soon. :tounge2

It will be a month tomorrow but with all the restores and sales in the past month I haven't done anything to the Clydesdale. I do plan on having it done before the show this June even if I have to turn down some work or put off some restores. :thumb1

I am going to try to get some time in on it tomorrow. The other hold up is finishing the engine build so I can plan the right front step cutouts for the drive belt to the front transmission. All of the machining and cleaning is done and all of the parts are here, I think lol. :rolling Then I can move on to finishing and plating the front fenders\steps. :yes

Rebuilding the light switches now and turning the momentary test light switch into a regular switch to use for something else. It won't need many safety switches on it when done, maybe a brake safety in the starting circuit will be enough. :smile2

It looked a lot smaller on the cart lol. :laughing This motor is about 1" wider from the left outside fan cover to the drive pulley center than the Onan. Even though it's a V it's 1/2" longer from front to back as well, the fuel pump is close to the bracket in front of the battery and the oil cooler is as close as I would like to see it to the front of the hood. Problem is the breather position. I am still 3/4" out too far on the right for the transmission pulley but I think that can be dealt with. I may sleep on it and see what it looks like in the morning. :tounge2

Engine mounting and fender mounting is figured out. The only thing with the fender mounting is I need to notch the frame and insert 5 new longer rods in different positions and remove 3 that are already there. I knew this day was coming lol. A lot of work but it will be well worth it to be able to have the extra strength and easily removable fenders. :thumb1
